Shipment Processing Times

We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1–5 business days. Please note that orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

During periods of high order volume, processing may take longer (we're a small business). We appreciate your patience and understanding. If there is a significant delay in processing or shipping your order, we will notify you via email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and shipping option selected. Please note that unexpected delivery delays can occur due to factors outside of our control, such as customs clearance or courier issues.

Shipment Confirmation (No Tracking Available)

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email as proof of dispatch. Please note that we currently do not offer tracking services for shipments.

Damages, Delays & Lost Shipments

Villa takes great care in packing your orders to ensure they arrive safely. However, we are not responsible for damages, delays, or losses that occur during shipping.

  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact the shipment carrier directly to file a claim. Keep all packaging materials and the damaged goods as evidence for your claim.
  • If your shipment is delayed or lost, we recommend reaching out to the carrier for assistance. Unfortunately, we cannot reimburse costs associated with shipping delays.

General Terms

Villa does not assume responsibility for:

  • Delivery delays due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, strikes, customs clearance).
  • Additional taxes, duties, or fees incurred after shipping.
  • Damaged or lost goods caused by the shipment carrier.
